Wash – It’s best to dry clean silk dresses, especially if they are handloom. However if you wish to wash it at home, you can handwash it.
To be handled with care while washing as there may be embroideries/embellishments on your Silk Dress.
Steam /Iron – Iron your silk dress when it’s dry and use the lowest heat setting or the silk setting on your iron. Never spray or wet your silk dress while ironing.
Be mindful of the embellishments or embroidery work on your dress
Return & Exchange Policy
We do NOT offer refunds. We only accept an Exchange of the product.
However, We offer store credit/coupon only in case you’ve received a damaged product.
- In which case, please send us snapshots and video of the damage via e-mail at “info@mirraclothing.com” and a quality check would be done by our team to proceed further
In case you find your order/product unsatisfactory, please raise a return and exchange request within two days of delivery. A thorough check will be done by our team to & an exchange can be processed via store credit/coupon
