Pricing
The prices displayed for products on our website are in Indian Rupees and USD (we use a currency converter). The prices represent the full price of the product, inclusive of tax. Most Mirra Clothing® products displayed on the website are available in our physical stores in Bengaluru, India while stocks last. In some cases, web merchandise may not be available in Mirra Clothing® stores. Stores may also have different prices or promotional events at different times. Sale prices on the website are Internet-only specials and do not always reflect the pricing at Mirra Clothing® stores.
Shipping
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form. Sizing
The fabric of our clothing depends on the cut and style of each garment. Different styles have different silhouettes and accordingly the texture will differ. Some fabric / garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some fabric / garments are designed to be fit.
Stitching Condition
Stitching your fabrics will be provided by Mirra to you as per your requirementgiven at the time of ordering. Any changes with your stitching measurements to your Blouse / Petticoat / Falls / Pico cannot be accepted. Since all the sizing are being provided by you, alteration of any kind for any matter will not be accommodated. Cancellation of any kind of stitching jobs will not be refunded instead will be added as credit note which can be used for subsequent purchases.
Wash Care & Properties
All Mirra Clothing® products are made from handwoven & natural textiles as and when specified and hence a slight shrinkage can be expected in those garments which are not pre-washed. We recommend dry wash for all our hand woven fabrics / garments. All handwoven, vegetable dyed textiles have certain irregularities or imperfections that arise out of being made by hand. These imperfections are intrinsic to the beauty of the textile and should not be construed as defects.
All Mirra Clothing® garments must be line-dried. Using a dryer will heat the fabric and cause the fabric to shrink. Drying your clothes in the shade will ensure that the colors don’t fade over time.
Colors
We have made an effort to display each fabric / garment as accurately as possible. However, depending on your monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Mirra Clothing® and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the site and your violation of our terms.
Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit towww.mirraclothing.com or to products you purchase through www.mirraclothing.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Bengaluru, India; the only exception to that is if you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Mirra Clothing® intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in India or internationally, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts
Placing Orders
To place an order you can either open an account with us, or you can login with an existing Social Network account or you can use our Guest Checkout. If opening an account with Mirra Clothing®, you will be required to provide us with some compulsory personal information.
You confirm that all personal information provided to us by you is accurate, true to your knowledge, and kept up to date. You can, at any time, update or correct your details by logging in to your Account.
When you create an account we will ask you to create a password to allow you to access your account, and to maintain account security on this website. You are responsible for keeping your password and account information confidential.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your personal information. Should you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please contact us.
If we are suspicious of any activity from your account that appears fraudulent, we can reserve the right to refuse you access to, and where necessary, delete your account.
If you use our Guest Checkout we will retain your personal information in order to process your order. If you already have an Account we will attempt to match your personal data with your existing account information if not we will retain your information for future orders that you might make
Order Acceptance
Completion of checkout online does not constitute our acceptance of your order from us. You will be notified by E-mail / SMS as soon as possible with confirmation that we are processing your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we take payment from you (payment confirmation Email / SMS) and only then dispatch of the product(s) is confirmed.
We have the right, prior to dispatching the product(s) to decline an order for any reason, including legal and regulatory reasons.
Our contract with you will start when you receive the order dispatch email. If we cannot supply you with all of the products you ordered, we will process the parts of your order available. We will inform you of this by email and, if you have already paid for the product(s) which is unavailable, we will refund you in full for the unfulfilled item(s) as soon as reasonably possible.
If the fulfillment of any aspect of an order would be illegal or unlawful, we have the right to stop or cease to fulfill the order at any time, including after dispatch of products or notification to you that the order is being processed. In such circumstances, you acknowledge that Mirra Clothing® shall incur no liability.
Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
Force Majeure (unforeseeable circumstances)
Failure on the part of Mirra Clothing® to perform any of its obligations and the non-furnishing of the Service, shall not entitle you to raise any claim against Mirra Clothing® or be a breach hereunder to the extent that such failure arises from an event of Force Majeure. If through force Majeure the fulfillment by either party of any obligation set forth in this Agreement will be delayed, the period of such delay will not be counted on in computing periods prescribed by this Agreement. Force Majeure will include any war, civil commotion, strike, governmental action, lockout, accident, pandemic, epidemic or any other event of any nature or kind whatsoever beyond the control of Mirra Clothing® that directly or indirectly hinders or prevents Mirra Clothing® from commencing or proceeding with consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby. You expressly agree that lack of funds shall not in any event constitute or be considered an event of Force Majeure.
