Returns and Exchanges
- If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse to accept the package and write to us at [email protected] mentioning your order ID within 24 hours on receipt of the package.
- In case you received a damaged product, please send us snapshots of the damage via e-mail [email protected] and quality check would be done by our team.
- Once your return request is approved, you’ll be offered a store credit via email
- Please note that the store credit being issued is after the deduction of forward shipping charges and cod charges(if you opted for COD)
- Forward Shipping charges would be deducted even if you availed free shipping.
- Kindly note that all our products are hand picked and goes through stringent quality checks. Lot of pain and efforts goes into getting it delivered to your doorstep. Hence we shall be really grateful if you are considerate of this. Low returns will allow us to keep the prices reasonable for all our products.
- In case you didn’t find the product satisfactory, you can return it within two days of delivery and get it exchanged.
- Shipping charges for sending the products back has to borne by the customer.
If reverse pick-up (if your location is serviceable) has to be done by us, we will deduct minimum charge of INR 200 while offering you a store credit.
- Once the package is picked up by our delivery partner, it takes 7- 15 days for us to receive it. Hence we appreciate your patience.
- Once we receive the products quality check would be done by our team and if the products are not in the same condition as it got delivered, amount of upto INR 300 would be deducted in the store credit being offered.
- Please note that the amount given as store credit would be only for the products and not the shipping charges(if you had paid any)
- In case of return requests, we offer store credit only as this is our company policy.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
- Sale Products cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
- Only Sarees are eligible for exchanges.
- You can’t re-exchange the exchanged product.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
How does store credit works?
- Please raise a return and exchange request filling the necessary fields.
- Once we acknowledge the receipt of your request you’ll receive an email with an address to resend. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once we receive the returned product(s) we offer store credit on the registered e-mail address
- We do NOT offer refunds.
- The store credit issued upon the exchange of a saree, is only valid for 1 year(365 days) from the date of issue of the credit note.
- The store credit issued upon the exchange of a saree can only be used on a single cart checkout.
- The store credit issued upon the exchange of a saree, can only be availed by using the same e-mail address registered to the billing address that was used to purchase the exchanged saree
- Products that are eligible for storecredit should reach us within 10 business days.
- Sarees with fall & edging and customised products CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
- Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted.
- One or two threads merged together, pulled out are not considered as damages/defective products as these are common occurrences when a product is made. However you can exchange them if you’d like to.
- All products must be unused, unsoiled and has to be folded to original folds(mandatory) and packed as received to ensure full store credit.
- Alterations would be done only once for the blouses or customised orders, if needed. If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.
- If your order isn’t dispatched from our warehouse, you can cancel your order and your refund will be credited to the same mode of payment, used at the time of transaction, within 7 – 10 business days.

- Please note that orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Mirra Clothing and accept Mirra Clothing’s decision regarding the cancellation.
