  1. Give it a minute or two you’ll definitely receive it

You’ll receive OTP in 1-2 mins for sure. If not, it might be due to various reasons like Incorrect Mobile Number, Incorrect Country Code or Server delays.  In this case, we request you to kindly check all your details or wait for some more time and give it a try once again

In certain circumstances, your order may be placed on-hold or Pending, If your account or credit card is debited in the above case, we will confirm the order ASAP for which Confirmation Email and SMS will be sent.

Yes you can, in case of any damages informed to us immediately after receiving the package(24 hrs). We DO NOT have returns in case of change of mind after the receipt of your order.

We can accommodate address change of an order until we start the shipping process that usually happens within 24 hours. If it’s already shipped, we won’t be able to change it.

Upon PRE-ORDER our crafted artisan will start working on the sarees and would take upto 30 days or even more.

Hence kindly make sure with your bank that they do not have any limit set (if they’ve a limit make sure you ask them to remove the limitation so you can do transactions of any value as you want) so that your card won’t be declined and transaction would go through.

No. We accept orders via website and in our Store at Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru.

For Domestic Indian Orders it would take minimum 3 to maximum 7 days.

The maximum order value for a COD payment is Rs. 10,000. You will have to pay the money to the delivery boy before you can open the package. Please note, we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a COD order.
