Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mirra Clothing®.

This Pricing and Payments Policy (“PPP Policy”), together with the Terms & Conditions describes
Mirra Clothing’s accepted payment methods, and Our policies and procedures in relation to acceptance of
pricing and payments towards the services offered through Mirra Clothing’s Digital Platform. Mirra
Clothing’s primary objective is to ensure that our website is user friendly and equipped with
reasonably expected security infrastructure to protect any financial information which may
be shared by User.

User(s) are required to peruse and understand the terms of this PPP Policy. The terms contained in this
PPP Policy shall be accepted without modification and also, by using, browsing, accessing, or
purchasing
from Mirra Clothing’s Website, you agree to be bound by the term contained herein.

Payment is an integral part of an online shopping experience. All payments shall be collected through
a secured payment gateway. User(s) undertakes and confirms that he/she would furnish correct, complete
and accurate detail of credit / debit and/ or any other payment cards, online banking accounts and
shall be solely responsible for any cost, expense, loss and/or damage which may be levied upon the User
due to furnishing of wrong detail/ information relating to his/her credit / debit and/ or any other
payment
cards or online banking accounts.

1. Payment Methods:

• Prepaid Orders :
  • We accept all major credit cards / debit cards and through Razorpay.You can Pay via Razorpay Payment gateway from your Visa / Master Card / Netbanking / Wallet /
    UPI  / EMI / QR / BHIM / GPay / Paytm / PhonePe

• Cash On Delivery :
  • COD is available in PAN India.COD limit is up to 10000 INR.Only cash payments / UPI payment will be accepted while delivering the order under the COD
    format.Demand Draft/ Cheques will not be accepted for orders booked under the COD method of payment.E-Gift Vouchers cannot be used for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a
    COD  payment.Mirra Clothing, without prior notice to User, reserves the right to add or delete payment
    options  from the ones listed above.Payments can sometimes fail or remain in the pending stage. In the event the User faces any
    payment related issue, he / she shall try placing the order again or contact their bank or
    issuer for technical assistance. Mirra Clothing is not liable for any loss or
    inconvenience  caused to the User when making payment or for any wrongful debits to the
    User’s cards or  net banking accounts.

    All prices are stated inclusive of VAT unless otherwise mentioned. The applicable price is
    the  one stated on www.mirraclothing.com in respect of the relevant product on the date of
    placing
    of  the order.

    Mirra Clothing reserves the right to amend any prices incorrectly stated on this website.
    Furthermore, Mirra Clothing reserves the right to amend any prices, taxes and/or other
    costs  stated on this website at any time, e.g. due to changes in Tax or other public fees
    and
    charges,  increased costs or as a result of the general development in retail prices.

2. Shipping Charges:

We ship to India as well as International Shipping to almost all over the world.

We shall not be liable to pay you any compensation for delay in delivery and your sole right in such
case shall be limited to refusal to accept delivery.

Shipping charges would vary with the number of products as it’s weight-based shipping.

1. • International Customers:
     • Express Shipping:
       1. •  Shipping charges would be a minimum of 2600 INR and varies with weight.
          •  Expected time for Delivery(ETD) : 7 – 10 working days.
          •  With extra-stitch options: 7-10 working days + (ETD)

       Standard Shipping:

       1. •  Shipping charges would be a minimum of 1600 INR and varies with weight.
          •  Expected time for Delivery(ETD) : 20 – 30 working days.
          •  With extra-stitch options: 7-10 working days + (ETD)

       Free Shipping:

       1. •  Orders worth USD $ 350 and above will get “Free International  Shipping”.
          •  Expected time for Delivery(ETD) : 20 – 25 working days.
          •  With extra-stitch options: 7-10 working days + (ETD)

          • Expected time for Delivery(ETD) : 7 – 10 working days.

4. Returns & Refunds

In case you didn’t find the product satisfactory, you can return it within 1 week of delivery and get it
exchanged.

• Once your return request is approved, you’ll be offered a Store credit (refer our Wallet T&C)
• Store Credit can be used on Prepaid & COD orders
• Shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.
• If reverse pick-up (if your location is serviceable) has to be done by us, we will deduct a
  minimum  charge of INR 200 while offering you a store credit.
• Once we receive the product’s quality check would be done by our team and if the products are not in
  the  same condition as it got delivered, an amount of up to INR 300 would be deducted in the store
  credit  being offered.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable

5. Promotions & Sale

Product prices, offers and promotions are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.

All prices displayed on the website www.mirraclothinl.com are inclusive of taxes. Mirra Clothing reserves
the right to change the prices of products, services and the availability of the same at our sole
discretion.
No refunds of orders will be entertained on account of price changes of the product on the website at
any
point of time.

Mirra Clothing strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, however, pricing or
typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with
incorrect
information due to an error in pricing or product information, Mirra Clothing website shall have the
right, at our
sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already
been delivered.
